Proof of employment must be made available upon request. Educational licenses may not be used within commercial organizations or for commercial purposes. Educational licenses are made available for research and educational purposes.

 Student License: This is the license to purchase if you are mainly a student (mainly under education for a longer period of time). Proof of of your student status must be made available upon request. Student licenses may not be used within commercial organizations or for commercial purposes.  Term: If your License does not specify a term, it is perpetual and shall continue unless terminated as otherwise provided in the License Agreement.

 Platforms: The prices are valid for all supported platforms of Derivatives Expert IV: Currently Mathematica for Windows, Unix, Linux and Mac OS X.

 Shipping Costs: There are currently no shipping costs.

 Handling Costs: There are currently no handling costs.

 Digital Delivery: Derivatives Expert IV is delivered through the internet by email and through internet downloading. We keep a backup copy for you.

 $MachineID Encoding: Derivatives Expert IV is produced per customer by encoding the software with each customers' own so-called $MachineID. This ID is unique and consists of 14 digits. We reserve the right to limit the number of $MachineID changes you make per year, and we reserve the right to charge for changes of your $MachineID in excess of this limit. We cannot ship your licensed copy of Derivatives Expert IV before we have received your $MachineID. It is available by typing and running $MachineID within your own and licensed Mathematica software.

 Technical Support: Licenses include 1-year basic technical support through email.

 Software Maintenance: Licenses include 1-year maintenance but please note that this does NOT necessarily cover new or upgrade versions of Derivatives Expert. Software Maintenance means that licensees are entitled to receive eventual new releases that are released due to purely technical reasons (not functionality).

 Refund: Days refer to calendar days in the following. If you for some reason regret your purchase within 10 days from payment has been sent, we will reverse your full payment ie. cancel it entirely. If you contact us within 11 to 30 days from a payment has been sent, we will still refund you, but you will be charged all transaction fees related directly to your payment plus a handling charge of maximum USD 50. We do not refund 31 days after payment. Before you can ask for a refund you must contact us, send all details of the order & payment, and get a refund ID from us.
